So helpful

My car was towed here via the RAC on the 26.11.2023 after only purchasing the car through a car dealership in Leicester on the 01.11.2023. I spoke to them at TRS and explained I had only owned the car for 26 days and they were very helpful and told me to contact my car warranty and the initial dealership to make them aware of the car! Adam took all the details of the warranty and dealership and arranged for my car to be diagnosed! On diagnostics the car had numerous issues and mounted up to nearly £4,000 worth of work. The car dealership refused to help and was so rude, the warranty weren’t willing to cover the issues so I decided to take it to complaints through my finance company! This has been so long winded and Adam has been amazing keeping me updated with the car, and advising me on what I needed to do. Suzie has also been fantastic spending hours on hold to the complaints team on my behalf chasing them up and trying to push the claim through, also keeping me up to date with car! Adam and Suzie are both very friendly, helpful and lovely people and I can’t recommend TRS enough! Once I purchase a new car I will definitely be using them for any mots & services in the future!
